The road shows took place at Mainstream schools across Cheshire and Manchester to raise disability football awareness which included learning about the various impairments and also player pathways from Grass roots to Excellence.
Students were given the chance to take part in football sessions delivered by the Cheshire County Coach, experiencing playing football with different impairments such as Blind, Partially Sighted, Deaf and Cerebral palsy. As well as acquiring new football tricks players learnt about the various disability impairment England Disability squads and also new skills such as sign language.
