Stockport County Women’s Team-Recruiting new players
Stockport County Ladies are hoping to recruit new players at open age, which will strengthen the senior squad.
All of our ‘open-age’ teams play on a Sunday afternoon; the 1st team in the Northern (Women’s) Combination Football League, the Reserves in The FA Premier Reserve Section, Division 2 (Mids/North) and we have two teams who compete in the Cheshire & Manchester Women’s Football League.
Our training is held at 7.15pm on Tuesday nights at Hazel Grove High School, Jackson’s Lane, Hazel Grove, from 7.30 till 9pm on the all-weather surface. We have a further instructor led training session on Thursday evenings at the Total Fitness Gym, Handforth Dean 7:15-8:30 PM. On Sundays we have a programme of friendlies and training sessions building up for the new season.
