Football for people with a disability:
• Support was given during certain fixtures at the Learning Disability European Championships, in the form of providing/sourcing and chaperoning the player’s mascots and ball boy/girls during the games.
• CADS inclusion project in partnership with Royal School for the Deaf and Communication Disorders, sessions where delivered and support provided during their summer event.
• The support given to Cheadle Royal School for the Deaf and Communication Disorders and its adult centre Griffin lodge last term has been re-booked and delivery has recommenced.
• A program has been developed to aid the development of players with severe learning disabilities (SLD). This is in partnership with Royal School for the Deaf and Communication Disorders and an ongoing project.
