The league results are used to promote or relegate eg: two up and two down each season.
In the league there are only five fixtures per county prior to the semi final play off.
There is a semi final play off to reach a final for the overall winners of the competition.
The winners of Div 1 .v. Runners Up of Div 2, and the Winners of Div 2 .v. Runners Up Div 1.
