1. Affiliated Leagues - Leagues with at least 12 Cheshire CFA Clubs in the League
2. Small Sided Leagues please contact Garry.Polkey@cheshirefa.com for the small sided league forms.
3. Please see related documents for application to sanction a League, note there is a difference in forms to complete if your League is Small Sided - read the guides before completing any paperwork.
4. Sanction League fee for 2010/11 is £75.00.
