Please find attached a Charter Standard booking form which allows each Charter Standard Club to access 25 free tickets to the game (subject to terms and conditions) and can be accessed by completing the form and returning it to bdyer@crewealex.net before Wednesday 22 February 2012.
In addition, any club or group of fans can access discount tickets by completing the Group Booking form and returning it to the same e-mail address.
