Adam joins Cheshire FA after spending 4½ years as Football Development Officer at Westmorland County FA where he achieved a number of successes around development and growth within existing leagues and developing new leagues to enhance the football on offer in the County.

Adam’s key responsibility at Cheshire FA will be to lead and develop all areas of league development in accordance with the Cheshire FA National Game Strategy County Development Plan.

This will include supporting the development of mini-soccer, youth and adult leagues across the County in areas such as Charter Standard Leagues, Youth Development Review and U18/U21 League Development, ensuring that leagues are supported with their structures and development plans.
