Cheshire FA Club Affiliation for the 2023-24 season will be available from Monday 12 June 2023.

This year, we are delighted to be continuing with our Account Management system for our Affiliation process. This means that each Club across Cheshire has a dedicated member of our staff team that will be looking after your affiliation from start to finish. Your Club Secretary will receive an email from your club’s account manager in the coming days to begin the process. 

Affiliation takes place through the Clubs Portal:

AFFILIATION DATES 2023-24
The dates for affiliation opening and closing are as follows:

• Monday 12th June 2023 - Affiliation for the 2023/24 season opens. Your account manager will contact you with an introductory email in advance of this date, and your affiliation will then be processed by them throughout the summer. All affiliation-related queries should be sent to your account manager via email using the email chain of your intro email.

• Monday 31st July 2023 - All affiliation applications and cup entries should be submitted to Cheshire FA. Cup Entries will not be accepted after 31st July 2023. Cup entries are completed during the affiliation process within each team.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
We are very excited to announce our new partners for Personal Accident Insurance are Sportsguard. 

Sportsguard have over 30 years’ experience in grassroots sports insurance and have been insuring many County FAs since the mid-1990s.

In the document linked below, you can find details of the various insurance options available for both adult and youth football. Please have a read through ahead of Affiliation beginning. You will be able to purchase these within the affiliation portal at the point of affiliation.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
You will be required to purchase Public Liability Insurance when completing the affiliation process. The cost for this is £22.00 per club.
