Any tournament will need to be sanctioned by the Cheshire FA.

You must attach the following documents to the online forms:

• A copy of the Administration Rules of the Competition
• A copy of the Public Liability Insurance of the Competition
• A completed ‘Tournament Sanction Form’ excel document listing all the clubs entering the competition.

Cheshire FA will then review the application form and assist with the completion of the process in order for the tournament to go ahead.

The current Tournament Sanction Fee is £100.
