Cheshire FA launched our Diversity Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) at the end of 2023, and this strategic document gives an outline of how the County FA will embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across all areas of the grassroots game that we will be developing for the course of the DIAP (23-26). 
 
The DIAP will also be embedded into the Business Strategy that is currently in development and due for launch this summer!
 
We are keen that Cheshire is a County that creates opportunities FOR ALL to be involved in the beautiful game; in order for us to achieve this, we need to make sure that there is equal access for those who have previously been under-represented. We have a number of ways in which we will be doing this across playing, coaching, volunteering and refereeing.
