Cheshire FA are seeking enthusiastic individuals, aged between 20 and 24, who are dedicated to football and eager to contribute to their community, as part of our Emerging Leaders Programme.

Emerging leaders will collaborate with our Football Development Team to pinpoint areas for improvement, offer feedback, brainstorm ideas, and serve as ambassadors for Cheshire FA on a national level.

This group will advise and support on aspect of youth football delivery in Cheshire, and will actively pursue opportunities to diversify the football offer for participants. Emerging leaders will be required to attend a number of in-person and online workshops, and at the end of the programme they will assist in delivering a football development project – with the support of Cheshire FA.

To apply, you must:

• Be aged between 20 and 24 years-old
• Currently involved in football in one or more of the following areas:
  o Player
  o Referee
  o Club Committee Member
  o League Committee Member
  o Media and Marketing
  o Coach/Playmaker
  o Ambassador
