Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund
The Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund provides grants for building or refurbishing larger grassroots facilities, such as changing pavilions and playing surfaces for community benefit. Maximum grant ceiling is £500,000 prioritising investment into the most deprived areas. Funded by the Football Foundation’s Funding Partners.
Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund - Small Grants
The Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund – Small Grants awards grants of up to £10,000 for the provision of capital items, or to refurbish existing facilities which will increase, or prevent a decline in, grassroots football. Football Foundation’s Funding Partners.
Respect
The FA and Football Foundation’s Respect barriers and Respect packs (made up of captains’ armbands, marshals’ bibs and Respect Signage) are available to football leagues and clubs to ensure there is good behaviour by players and parents alike in the grassroots game. Funded by The FA.
Premier League Fans Fund
A three-year commitment from the Premier League to fund projects and organisations which improve the relationship between fans and their clubs, the way football supporters engage with each other and fans’ experience of the game. Funded by the Premier League.

Premier League Kit & Equipment Scheme
The Premier League’s free school football kit and classroom resources are available to Primary schools across the country. More than half the investment is channelled into the 20% most deprived communities. Funded by the Premier League.
Grants to start new teams
Grow the Game
This scheme provides grants of up to £1,500 for the creation of new football teams that increases participation in our national game amongst specific under-represented groups – namely: women & girls, BAME players, disabled players and the Under-15 age group and above (i.e. to address the ‘post-school drop-off’ in football participation.) Funded by The FA.
Grants to retain existing teams
Retain the Game
This scheme provides grants of £750 to aid the retention of adult male teams (Under 17s through to Veterans) within existing grassroots football clubs. The funding aims to support clubs in paying core costs such as matchday and training facility hire, as well as First Aid training. This scheme aims to reverse the decline in adult male footballers over recent years. Funded by The FA.
Grants towards lower-league stadia
The Football Stadia Improvement Fund
The FSIF gives grants to clubs, predominantly at the lower-levels of the game, towards improving their grounds (floodlights, terraces, etc.). Funded by the Premier League.
