Your Thoughts on Grassroots Disability Football

Have your say on how football can provide an inclusive and welcoming experience for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

The FA's goal is to understand what an inclusive environment looks like on and off-field at grassroots clubs and develop a resource bank to support workforces to create and maintain it.

As part of the project, alongside Activity Alliance, The FA are conducting a survey to gather essential insight from those who are directly or indirectly involved in delivering grassroots club football to disabled people. They also want to hear from those not yet delivering disability football. This includes coaches, club and league officials, match officials, and volunteers.

The survey asks questions about your experiences and challenges faced in delivering inclusive services. It also explores what support would help your club to offer more inclusive environments.

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. After completing the survey, you will have the option to enter into a prize draw. The prizes are one £100 Amazon voucher or one of four £50 Amazon vouchers.

The prize draw will take place once the survey closes on Sunday 19 June 2022 and the five winners will be contacted directly.
