Calling all aspiring female referees across Cheshire! 

Have you ever thought about becoming a referee? Do you have what it takes?

Cheshire FA, in partnership with The Ref Stop, is excited to be hosting an Introduction to Female Refereeing Event, which provides insight and understanding to females keen on getting involved in officiating matches across grassroots football.

Taking place on Monday 19 February 2024, from 7pm to 9pm, this FREE event will be held at Cheshire FA’s HQ at Hartford House, Moss Farm Recreation Centre, Northwich (CW8 4BG).

Joining us as our special guest speaker will be Ruby Sykes, who referees matches in the FA Women’s Championship and acts as an assistant referee in the FA Women’s Super League. 

Ruby will be speaking to all in attendance to outline her refereeing journey to date and chart the steps she has taken to officiate at a high level.
