Small Sided Football
Another way to enjoy the game
Small sided football
There are nearly 30,000 small sided teams playing across the country and this significant figure is continuing to grow and expand at a rapid rate.
Small-sided football is another way which you can play the game with various small-sided providers offering this format around the County. The small-sided game has encouraged those who might no longer play the traditional 11v11 format to re-engage with the sport through a more flexible offer.
Small-sided football encompasses the following formats;
4 v 4
5 v 5
6 v 6
7 v 7
There are a whole host of small-sided football providers around the County so please be advised to check whether the provider has been appropriately affiliated to The FA before taking part.
